Project Management Methodology Internship Job Description
As a project management intern, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the PMO to establish the new ACL PM methodology.
1. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to project teams.
- Create documents and templates of the new ACL PM methodology.
- Familiarize teams with the new methodology and assist in finalizing documentation.
- Define processes and roles/responsibilities of the document releases.
2. QA Testing and Documentation:
- Organize quality assurance (QA) testing.
- Assist in documenting test cases templates for project management.
3. Business Needs Assessment:
- Collaborate closely with project managers or end users.
- Identify business needs and determine best documentation approach.
Position Qualifications
- Education: relevant degrees such as Bachelor’s or Master’s in fields like Engineering, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with internet applications and PC Windows.
- Basic knowledge of digital channels and platforms.
- Experience:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to engage fully in exciting projects.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and autonomy.
- Creative mindset and adaptability.
- Previous experience and participation to IT projects would be asset.
- Languages:
- French
- English
- Duration: This internship typically spans 6 months.
