Level 2 basic motorbike training with the Maison du Motard

The ACL’s Maison du Motard is pleased to invite you on a number of dates in 2025.

Price per person

129 € for ACL members. (Price for non-members: 179 €)

The number of participants is limited to 14 people.

A minimum of 8 participants is required for the training to take place. In the event of fewer than 8 participants, the Maison du Motard reserves the right to cancel or postpone the session.

Objective

To perfect level 1 training by providing appropriate techniques.

Refreshments

Coffee and croissants will be offered on arrival, as well as bottles of water throughout the day. These services are included in the training package.

A one-hour break will be scheduled for each session. Picnic tables are available on the terrace or indoors for a packed lunch. Alternatively, pizza or pasta can be delivered to the site. Our bar is also open for refreshments.

Important

Full, approved motorcycle equipment with protection is mandatory to participate in the training:

• The motorbike: In perfect working order
  • Brakes
  • Tyres
  • Noise level (sound level meter)
  • Fuel level
  • …
• The helmet: Approved and in good condition
• The jacket: Suitable for riding a motorbike (protections, etc.)
• Gloves: Suitable for riding a motorbike (protections, etc.)
• Trousers: Suitable for riding a motorbike (protective gear, etc.)
• Shoes: Suitable for riding a motorbike (ankle protection, etc.)

Maison du Motard reserves the right to refuse participation to any biker whose equipment is not suitable!

Driving licences and vehicle insurance documents must be presented on arrival at the site.

During the exercises, the vehicle is covered by the vehicle owner’s insurance.

Cancellation policy

Please note that cancellations by participants will be accepted no later than two weeks before the date of the course. If the participant cannot/does not want to come on another date, the course fee will be fully refunded. After this period, no refund will be possible.

If the course has to be cancelled by us (the maximum number of participants has not been reached or in the event of bad weather such as heavy rain, ice or snow), the course will be fully refunded.

Info

We inform the participants in our events that they are likely to appear in photographs or videos taken during the event. These are intended for publication in the written or digital media published by the Automobile Club du Luxembourg.
