A creative video and photographer - M/F - CDI - Full-time

We are looking for a passionate Creative Video Photographer to join our team. As a visual content creator, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high quality images and videos that reflect the identity and values of our organisation.

You will coordinate and realise projects from the creation phase through to delivery and work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure that the photos, videos and other forms of content are aligned with the company’s communication and marketing strategies.

Your key responsibilities and tasks are as follows:

• Video production : conceptualise, direct and edit videos for various media (web, social networks, events) in conjunction with our marketing and communication campaigns.

• Photography: Capture high quality images to illustrate our projects, events, products and services. Perform photo editing to optimise the visualisations.

• Art Direction: Work closely with the communications team to develop creative concepts related to brand objectives and brand guidelines.

• Project Management: Plan and coordinate filming and shoots, from pre-production to post-production.

• Video Social Networks: You will take care of social media platforms where videos are at the centre of the user experience (e.g. Youtube, Tiktok…).

• Creative monitoring: keep up to date with the latest trends in video and photography to constantly innovate our productions.

A portfolio of video productions is required for each application.

Profile sought:

• Experience: at least 3 years experience as a videographer and/or photographer, ideally in a creative environment or agency.

• Technical skills:

• • You have a perfect command of Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro…).
  • You have advanced knowledge of video editing, lighting techniques and framing.
  • You have knowledge of motion design and sound mixing.
  • Ideally, you have a drone pilot’s licence valid in Luxembourg.

• Creativity: Ability to propose innovative ideas and translate concepts into meaningful visual content. You have an open mindset and constantly strive for progress.

• Autonomy and organisation: ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while meeting deadlines and production targets.

• Social skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with different departments.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in French and English. Proficiency in Luxembourgish or German will be considered a plus.
