Billing Officer - (m/f) - Permanent Full-time Contract

You will work closely with the ‘Accounting’ and ‘Bookkeeping’ teams

In close collaboration with the accounting and bookkeeping teams, your main tasks are:

  • Checking the completeness of the data in the files and creating customer invoices via various platforms and/or special programs
  • Checking and recording invoices from external service providers and foreign clubs
  • Monitoring the files and ensuring that the deployment sheets are completed within the deadlines
  • Updating B2B customer fleets
  • Updating procedures related to the position
  • Creating and monitoring reports related to activities

 

Your profile:

  • Bac+2 (and higher) in Accounting – Management: BTS / Bachelor
  • At least 3 years of experience in invoicing, accounting assistant or back office
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (advanced Excel skills) and ideally the accounting tool ODOO
  • Ability to understand internal tools
  • Interest in organising support activities
  • Rigour, good analytical skills and autonomy
  • A sense of responsibility, organisational skills and communication skills
  • Proactivity and a solution-oriented approach
  • Team spirit
  • Fluency in French, English and Luxembourgish; knowledge of German is an asset
