A Director of Business Development, Product, Sales - M/F - CDI - Full-time

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and develop ACL’s ambitions, strategy and B2B growth in the automotive market.
  • Support business development and strategic direction to optimise penetration of the B2B automotive sector in acquiring corporate partners and new members.
  • Identify and recommend new products and services to meet the changing needs of members.
  • Analyse market trends and member needs to identify sales and development opportunities.
  • Network with industry leaders and potential partners.
  • Identify and approach companies for collaborations.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with partners and the ARC Europe network.
  • Manage product and sales teams in relation to sales targets.
  • Oversee ACL Clubmobil’s replacement and rental car activities.
  • Develop relationships with leasing companies and oversee all B2B leasing activities.
  • Develop and monitor sales performance indicators to ensure success.
  • Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports.
  • Create, implement, and monitor effective sales processes and procedures.
  • Align business development initiatives with the overarching objectives of ACL.
  • Monitor and stay informed of market trends and industry developments.
  • Act as an interface between sales and other departments to facilitate a collaborative environment.
  • Leader of a dedicated team: Manage human capacities and develop the skills of individuals by organising tasks and workload.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field, an MBA is an asset
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or marketing
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in supervision or management
