A Director of Business Development, Product, Sales - M/F - CDI - Full-time

Your responsibilities
- Lead and develop ACL’s ambitions, strategy and B2B growth in the automotive market.
- Support business development and strategic direction to optimise penetration of the B2B automotive sector in acquiring corporate partners and new members.
- Identify and recommend new products and services to meet the changing needs of members.
- Analyse market trends and member needs to identify sales and development opportunities.
- Network with industry leaders and potential partners.
- Identify and approach companies for collaborations.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with partners and the ARC Europe network.
- Manage product and sales teams in relation to sales targets.
- Oversee ACL Clubmobil’s replacement and rental car activities.
- Develop relationships with leasing companies and oversee all B2B leasing activities.
- Develop and monitor sales performance indicators to ensure success.
- Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports.
- Create, implement, and monitor effective sales processes and procedures.
- Align business development initiatives with the overarching objectives of ACL.
- Monitor and stay informed of market trends and industry developments.
- Act as an interface between sales and other departments to facilitate a collaborative environment.
- Leader of a dedicated team: Manage human capacities and develop the skills of individuals by organising tasks and workload.

Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field, an MBA is an asset
- 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or marketing
