Main responsibilities
- Dispatching of breakdown or towing operations
- Monitoring operations and liaising with external and internal breakdown mechanics/towing companies
- Manage the priorities of operations according to defined criteria
- Organising the time management of internal breakdown mechanics/drivers as part of the daily work schedule
Your profile
- Excellent skills in the field of logistics
- Excellent geographical knowledge of Luxembourg and the surrounding area
- Mechanical/electrical knowledge
- Language skills (LUX, FR, ALL)
- Ability to deal with telephone calls
- Organisational and planning skills
- Stress resistance
- Ability to adapt to circumstances
- Ability to assess a situation and make an appropriate decision
