You will work closely with the Clubmobil team.

Main tasks

  • Personal reception and advice for members and customers
  • Management of the vehicle fleet and rental of Clubmobil vehicles
  • Reservation of cars abroad
  • Monitoring of rental contracts and small invoices
  • Processing of claims
  • Advice and information on alternative drives
  • Information and explanations on how the vehicles work

Required profile

  • 13ème technique, CATP or equivalent
  • Proven experience in reception and administrative management, a background in accounting or invoicing is an asset
  • Languages: Luxembourgish, French, German, English. Any additional language is an asset
  • Proficiency in IT tools
  • Strong sense of service and customer relations
  • Discretion, diligence, flexibility, team spirit
  • Willingness to work Mon-Fri (7am/7pm) Sat (9am/1pm)
