One Intern Communications - M/F - Full-time

We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic individual with an academic background in marketing to provide support on various marketing projects as well as create content and generate engagement on our various social media accounts.

You will be in charge of the operational management of our social networks: creation and monitoring of editorial planning carried out in accordance with the global communication strategy, publication, monitoring, statistics… You will be expected to make proposals to adapt our existing content for the social networks and spread a positive image of ACL to its target audiences.

In addition, you will support the marketing team in various projects and events.

In this role, it is crucial that you are able to be creative, make suggestions, be versatile and have organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create, plan and measure the success of content on social networks, especially Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok.
  • Make suggestions for new formats and regular editorial deadlines to increase ACL’s visibility and awareness.
  • Monitor and track interactions with our target audiences through community management.
  • Ensure industry and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects (campaigns, organisation of events…).

 

Competences required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication or Marketing. Self-taught profiles will be considered depending on experience. Specialisation in digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Initial experience in marketing is welcome.
  • Knowledge of social networks and their use (handling, publication, statistics, advertising tools).
  • You ideally speak 3 of the 4 common national languages: Luxembourgish, French, German, English, and have good editorial skills.
  • You are organised, curious, independent and at the same time able to work in a team.

 

Start of the internship: December 2024/January 2025 for a minimum period of 6 months.
