A mobility consultant ACL - Consulting, Mobility and Travel - H/F - CDI - Full-time
You will work closely with the CMV (Consulting, Mobility, Travel) team.
Your main responsibilities and tasks are as follows:
- Ensuring physical and telephone reception and following up on incoming mail (including email)
- Managing the process of collecting membership fees (announcing collections, setting up changes, initiating reminders, coding payment information, deactivating members) via the CRM tool
- Keeping the membership file up to date
- Provide advice on all our products and services in the areas of mobility, prevention and assistance, and deliver mobility services by effectively guiding the member through their ACL experience
- Propose new offers tailored to the needs and situation of each user: promotions, new products or services, development of product ranges, etc.
- Take on other, more administrative tasks (e.g. loyalty cards…)
Your professional and social skills:
- A-levels or equivalent training, initial successful experience is an advantage
- Fluency in Luxembourgish, French and German, as well as English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Strong customer orientation and active listening
- Good organisational skills and structuring of ideas/tasks
- An interest in mobility and/or travel
- Very good team spirit, curiosity, flexibility and dynamism
