Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Product and Services Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the product and services plan aimed at attracting and retaining members. You will use your analytical skills to conduct comprehensive analysis of member data, create compelling case studies and manage projects from start to finish. Your ability to build strategic partnerships and collaborate with key stakeholders will be critical to our success.

Your key responsibilities and tasks are

  • Strategic rollout: contribute to and implement the product and service plan for both the B2C and B2B markets to drive member acquisition and retention, working closely with the marketing team and all stakeholders
    • Defining the positioning of products and services, both existing and new offerings
    • Develop value propositions for each targeted market segment based on identified needs
    • Collaborate and interact across the organisation
    • Coordinate in project management mode to achieve the To Be
  • Innovation: Identify and develop innovative concepts and attractive propositions to attract new members and improve member experience
  • Partnerships and collaboration: Build and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders to expand our reach and capacity
  • Data analysis: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of member data to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Case study development: Develop detailed case studies to support new initiatives and strategies
  • Ensuring profitability: Ensuring the profitability of the existing product and service offering, monitoring the performance of the existing offering
  • Design and conduct surveys: Design, conduct and analyse surveys to gather information and feedback from members and potential customers
  • Supporting communication campaigns: Support and liaise with the communications department on communications activities to promote products and services
  • Representation: Represent the ACL at important industry events

Your professional and social skills

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or comparable
  • At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in marketing strategy, product and service management or a related field (B2C market)
  • Sound knowledge of product marketing and project management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into operational strategies
    Language skills – knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an undeniable asset alongside French, German and English
  • Mastery of data analysis tools and techniques
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Creative mind with a talent for developing innovative concepts and solutions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactivity, independence and initiative
  • Strong customer focus and results orientation
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to the environment
