A Project Manager Digital Marketing - M/F - CDI - Full-time
You will work closely with all employees in the Marketing & Communication department.
Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote ACL’s services. You will play a key role in optimising our digital platforms and improving the user experience.
Your main tasks
Developing and managing digital campaigns:
- Plan, execute and analyse digital marketing campaigns across different channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social networks, etc.) and of different types: lead generation, retargeting, display…
- Manage the budget allocated to campaigns and optimise ROI
Optimise the digital platforms:
- Work with the team to ensure continuous optimisation of the website and other digital platforms and their daily updates
- Manage the digital marketing aspects related to emails and data (campaigns, CRM, automated workflows) in collaboration with the ICT and CMV departments
- Creation of landing pages to support marketing campaigns
- Ensuring technology monitoring and suggesting improvements to enhance the user experience
Content creation and social network management:
- Contribute to the creation of attractive and relevant digital content for our target audiences with the aim of acquisition and customer retention (articles, infographics, videos, etc.)
- Ensure that the message and brand image are consistent across all digital media
- Collaborate with the team on the editorial management and community management of ACL’s social networks
Analysis and reporting:
- Use analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance
- Create dashboards, prepare regular reports and propose corrective actions based on the data collected
Coordination and project management:
- Work closely with internal (communications, ICT, member services) and external (agencies, freelancers) teams
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and budget for each project
Your profile
Education: Bac+3 to Bac+5 in marketing, digital communication or equivalent
Experience: At least 3 years of significant experience in digital marketing
Technical skills:
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business, SEO tools, Qlik, etc.)
- Good knowledge of CMS WordPress and SAAS tools in general
- Skills in graphic design and knowledge of creative software (Photoshop, Canva) are a plus
Personal qualities:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in French and English. Proficiency in Luxembourgish and German is considered a plus
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
