The Kannersëtzbazar returns in October!

Need a car seat? ACL is here to help you find a child car seat in a friendly atmosphere. If you need a baby car seat in almost new condition, a second child seat for the car or even for the grandparents, ACL is once again organising its very popular ‘Kannersëtzbazar’ (child seat bazaar)! To make the most of it, come along to ACL’s sites in Bertrange and Ingeldorf on 19 October 2024 from 9am to 1pm.

Practical information

For sellers: Seats can be dropped off at the ACL in Bertrange and Ingeldorf (34, route d’Ettelbruck) from 10 to 15 October 2024, between 10.00 and 17.00, or until the maximum number of 300 seats for Bertrange and 50 seats for Ingeldorf has been reached.

Please note that only seats that are clean, in good condition and meet ECE R44/03, ECE R44/04 and R129 (also known as ‘i-Size’) standards will be accepted. At this meeting, used car seats and booster seats change hands at the net price, i.e. the Automobile Club acts as an intermediary for the sale free of charge and takes no commission on the transaction.

ATTENTION: The sale (or deposit) is reserved for ACL members on presentation of their membership card, with a maximum of 2 seats per member.

For buyers: Buying is open to all, members and non-members alike. Once again, the selling price is set by the seller according to the model and condition of the seat. Please note that only cash payments will be accepted. The ACL takes no commission on transactions.

ACL staff will be happy to provide you with information on safety standards. We also keep seat tests from previous years on our premises. They are also published on the ACL website and in the Club’s magazine, Autotouring.

At the previous Kannersëtzbazar in May, 187 seats were sold in Bertrange (59% of the seats on display) and 76% in Ingeldorf (53 seats).
