The SNCT carries out around 300,000 technical inspections every year and discovers more than 42,000 vehicles that pose a danger to the public road. Most vehicles are rejected due to problems with the brakes, tyres, suspension, etc., i.e. the parts that are in direct contact with the road. It is in everyone’s interest that their car and the cars of other drivers are in good order.
